Living with chronic illness can feel like a battle you never signed up for. For me, fibromyalgia has often been that constant storm\u2014 unpredictable flare-ups, fatigue that lingers, and days when even getting out of bed feels impossible. Yet, through all of this, I\u2019ve found that peace doesn\u2019t wait for everything to be perfect. Peace shows up when I choose to look beyond the pain and lean into my faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I began writing, I never intended for it to become a book. It was simply a way of talking to God when words spoken aloud weren\u2019t enough. Over time, the poems became more than just prayers for myself; they became reminders that healing is not just physical\u2014it\u2019s spiritual, emotional, and deeply personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In my poetry, you\u2019ll see glimpses of the days I struggled, when fear and loneliness tried to take over. But you\u2019ll also see moments of breakthrough, when a whispered prayer or a simple smile lifted me back up. Writing allowed me to hold onto hope, even in the most fragile seasons of my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My book is my journey toward restoration, but I believe it can also be a companion for anyone carrying unseen battles. Whether you are dealing with illness, grief, broken relationships, or questions of faith, know this\u2014you are not alone. God meets us in the middle of our mess and gently reminds us that we are stronger than we think.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
